We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.<\/p>

USER ELIGIBILITY AND CONDUCT:<\/strong>

ORDERS, CUSTOMIZATION, AND PROOF APPROVAL:<\/strong>
All customization inputs are final upon order confirmation. Customers are responsible for verifying submitted content. If a proof is provided, approval constitutes final acceptance of all design elements. Once production begins, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted.<\/p>

COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS:<\/strong>
By submitting artwork for printing or embroidery, you confirm you have full rights to use and distribute it. We follow specific logo guidelines from certain retail brands, if your submitted logo or artwork doesn\u2019t comply to those guidelines, we reserve the rights to cancel the order.<\/p>

PRICING AND PAYMENT:<\/strong>
Prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notification. Payment in full is required before order processing begins. Sales tax will be applied according to the shipping destination. All payments are securely handled through reputable third-party service providers.<\/p>

REFUND & RETURN:<\/strong>
Custom products cannot be returned or refunded. Small variations in color, placement, or material are not defects. For customization errors or unexpected imprint quality, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with supporting images.
