PROOF APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION OPTION:
Customer reviews and approves digital design proofs prior to the start of final production. No changes can be accommodated once the final production has started.
Customer choose processing option while confirming the order. Standard processing is free; Priority and Rush incur extra charges calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges and estimated delivery time, for your order will be communicated during checkout. Shipping options available for your address will be presented at that time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Please be advised that tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours. Custom Creations is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. After your package departs our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
It is assumed that the shipping address provided is accurate. Please note that we are unable to modify the shipping address or service after your order has left our facility.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
Custom Creations is not liable for any customs charges, duties, or taxes linked to your order. All fees applied during or following shipment, such as tariffs and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGES:
Custom Creations does not accept liability for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. Should your order arrive in a damaged state, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim process. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged goods when submitting your claim.
